Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, promotions, and services clearly to guests.
• Manage the guest experience from check-in to checkout, including scheduling and estimates.
• Recommend products based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Support training tools and keep work areas clean and safe.
