Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor for Just Tires in California. You will gain hands-on experience in one of our centers, building meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service.

You will drive tire and service sales, advise guests on warranties and promotions, and learn how to contribute to guest satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and legal right to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from initial experience through completion: check-in, scheduling appointments, estimating time requirements, and check-out.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote self-development by utilizing company-provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
