Job summary

All In Hospitality group in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a line cook to join a fast-paced kitchen, overseeing service during shifts and contributing to a positive, team-driven environment. You will handle high-volume orders, maintain quality standards, and support daily prep while following food safety protocols. Pay is hourly with tips up to $30/hour; full-time hours available, with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Willing to learn and adapt with drive.
• Previous line cook experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Line cooks will have oversite of kitchen service operations during their shift.

Requirements

• Those with previous experience excel well in this fast paced environment, however we can work with any skill set if you bring the drive and motivation to learn.
