Job summary

All In Hospitality group is seeking line cooks to join a kitchen that emphasizes upbeat culture, stability, teamwork, and growth opportunities. Line cooks will have oversight of kitchen service operations during their shift.

We offer pay up to $30/hour plus tips, full-time hours, PTO, health insurance, 401(k) and matching, free shift meals, and discounts at all locations. Closing times are 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast paced kitchen environments preferred.
• Willingness to learn and drive to improve.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen service operations during shifts.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure portion control and food safety compliance.
• Assist with stock management and waste control.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and team.

• Handling high volume in a quick service restaurant
• Showcasing pride and ownership over an instagram worthy plate
• Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
• Stocking and product management including waste control
• Keeping things clean and organized
• Following all food safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• Those with previous experience excel well in this fast paced environment, however we can work with any skill set if you bring the drive and motivation to learn.
