Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Atlanta is looking for a hospitality-minded team member to greet guests, prepare and serve drinks according to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards, and help create a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining stations, following liquor laws, handling cash, and performing side work while supporting an attentive, friendly service style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to transport large trays up to 30 lbs in a crowded room.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests hospitably and prepare/serve drinks to guests according to service standards.
• Abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor laws.
• Prepare station for opening and closing shifts.
• Handle cash and operate the cash register following procedures.
• Perform side work as scheduled and maintain cleanliness.
• Be available to work on a regular basis.
