The Puyallup Tribe of Indians seeks a Referral Coordinator for the Tiny Homes Village. This role handles intake and referrals, helping residents access supportive services to achieve long-term housing and self-determination.

You will build relationships with residents, connect them to community resources, and maintain records while coordinating with tribal services and partners to ensure timely, appropriate support.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or a high school diploma with two years’ experience serving vulnerable clients.
• Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in Native American community preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with residents and provide intake/referral services.
• Assist residents in accessing community resources and services.
• Maintain up-to-date information tools for resident use.
• Perform intakes to assess social service needs and referrals.
• Coordinate with agencies to meet resident needs and prevent eviction.
• Maintain records and reports of activities and contacts with residents.
