Job summary

The Village Coordinator with the Puyallup Tribe coordinates the Tiny Homes Village, ensuring a safe environment for all residents and providing emergency coverage as needed. You will work closely with Village staff to support operations and resident welfare.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, assisting with move-in/move-out, handling donations, and coordinating with vendors while upholding safety protocols and tribal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of combined experience with homeless populations or high-risk populations; or lived experiences.
• Beginner computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build effective relationships with residents.
• Foster a safe, clean and peaceful environment in the Tiny House Village.
• Assist residents with move-in/move-out paperwork and monitor access.
• Accept donations and update inventory tracking.
• Provide on-site presence and enforce village rules and guest policy.
• Perform daily maintenance and groundskeeping duties.
• Set up village meetings and assign daily tasks to villagers.
• Prepare vacant units with light maintenance and coordinate with vendors.
