Job summary

Breitling Boutique in Short Hills is seeking a Sales Professional focused on delivering exceptional client experiences. You will present timepieces with storytelling, build relationships via the CRM, and maintain deep product knowledge across brands carried in the showroom.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail sales experience, a High School Diploma, and strong interpersonal skills to uphold hospitality and integrity in every client interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year retail sales experience.
• Excellent storytelling ability.
• Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
• Excellent client service and selling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work as a team.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literate (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Present product to clients with storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele through CRM focusing on relationship building.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on the brands carried in the showroom.
• Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity.
• Comply with all company guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
• Turn clients over to another team member as required to best serve the client.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales.
• Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Independently use all company systems required in performance of duties.
• Complete relevant administrative responsibilities and tasks supporting the Client Experience.
• Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
• Perform all duties assigned by management.
