Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of two (2) years of college and completion of an approved training course or three (3) years of related clerical bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Essential Functions: Receives, reviews, and maintains all facility time and attendance records.
• Prepares and audits complex financial documents for the facility.
• Prepares Payroll Time Report.
• Monitors the daily functions and activities of the timekeeping department.
• Monitors, reviews, and assembles data for monthly sick time usage summary report.
• Serves as back up to other Account Technician I’s.
