Express Employment Professionals in Decatur, IL is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a long-term, full-time role. The position runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay of $20.00 per hour.

You will handle data entry, billing, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning production and inventory records, filing, scanning, and records retention. Prior accounting and MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry and typing speed with accuracy.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Administrative or clerical work history.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Billing experience would be a plus.
• AP/AR experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for billing and invoices.
