Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeper to accurately collect, review, and process employee time records for field and office personnel.
You will ensure labor hours are entered correctly and support payroll processing while serving as a liaison between employees, supervisors, Payroll, and Human Resources. You will maintain workforce data, assist with onboarding tasks, and generate labor reports to support project teams, accounting, and management.

The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately collecting, reviewing, and processing employee time records for field and office personnel. This position ensures labor hours are entered correctly, supports payroll processing, maintains workforce data, and serves as a liaison between employees, supervisors, Payroll, and Human Resources. The Timekeeper plays a critical role in ensuring accurate labor reporting, job cost tracking, and timely payroll administration.
Pay Range: $20/hour
