P&E Constructors, LLC is seeking a diligent Timekeeper to accurately track and maintain labor hours for industrial construction projects. This position involves 100% travel and assignments lasting 10–17 months, with local candidates preferred for Port Washington, WI.

You will support payroll processing, labor cost reporting, and workforce analytics, ensuring time records are complete and compliant with policies and regulations. Strong Excel and confidentiality are essential.

Competenze

Position Overview

Travel and project‑site presence: 100% travel required based on business needs. Candidates local to Port Washington, WI are preferred. Project assignments generally last 10 to 17 months. This role requires five 10‑hour shifts per week, with overtime expected.

The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately tracking, recording, and maintaining labor hours and workforce attendance for all personnel assigned to an industrial construction project. The role supports payroll processing, labor cost tracking, project controls, and workforce reporting by ensuring all employee and subcontractor time records are complete, accurate, and submitted in accordance with company policies and project requirements.

• The market rate for the role is typically at the mid‑point of the salary range; final salary depends on qualifications, experience, location, pay equity, and market conditions.
