Huron is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise software projects, shape technology solutions, and drive client outcomes in a dynamic consulting environment. You will mentor junior staff, plan initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure results align with client goals.

You will contribute to strategic growth while navigating travel up to 50% and delivering actionable insights across business and technical domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Experience with Time Tracking and Absence management is a must.
• 1-3 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client
