As the Senior Manager, Time Away from Work Programs, you will support the Director of Time Off Strategy and Benefits Insights in designing, implementing, governing, and continuously enhancing Fidelity's time away from work programs. You will collaborate across Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, business unit capacity planning teams, and external vendors and industry groups to deliver time away programs that provide an exceptional associate experience while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. As a subject matter expert, you will translate business needs and market trends into program enhancements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help drive the execution of Fidelity's time away from work strategy.
This role reports into the Head of Financial and Work Life Benefits. The Benefits team is a small but powerful team within the Human Resources function, and our job is to ensure that associate benefit offerings are delivering value to our associates, their families and Fidelity. We listen to associate feedback, benchmark the competition, and then measure every one of the 50 plus programs for which we are responsible.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
