A consulting firm is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to create exceptional onboarding experiences through direct client interaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of client-facing implementation experience, particularly with E Time or Kronos, and demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills. This is a full-time role based in the United States focused on delivering best practices to meet human capital management needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a client facing Implementation role.
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Consult with Clients to develop optimized solutions for human capital management.
• Provide varying levels of implementation services including configuration and analysis.
• Act as the primary functional and technical liaison between the client.
