Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 10-key by touch.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, oral and written skills.
• Excellent PC skills including Excel and Word.
• Mathematical aptitude and problem solving skills.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR and Payroll duties and provide associate support.
• Daily input of KRONOS timekeeping maintenance forms.
• Process terminations and status changes.
• Review payroll adjustments.
• Biweekly review of timecards.
• Process incentive pay and time off payments.
• Transmit accurate time cards to payroll by deadline.
• Manage Attendance Hotline and related database for discipline reporting.
