The Time Administrator is a critical member of the Time Administration team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee time, attendance, and absences for large employee populations, including salaried exempt, non-exempt, hourly, and represented employees. This role serves as a subject matter expert for timekeeping, pay practices, payroll controls, and time-related compliance requirements while delivering exceptional customer support to employees and supervisors. The successful candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting strict payroll deadlines. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
