Job summary

New Energy Works Timber Frame Project Engineer/Manager is responsible for design, engineering, and execution from hand-off to fabrication. This in-person role reports to the GM and collaborates with the timber frame shop and multiple teams across the company, guiding projects from design through completion.

You’ll create 3D fabrication models and 2D drawings, manage material orders in Acumatica, and coordinate client, architect, and contractor meetings.

Qualifications

• CAD/CAM and 3D modeling capabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Review contract and estimate milestones and scope.
• Process project documentation and purchase orders, invoices, and changes in ERP.
• Coordinate finish samples and obtain client approvals.
• Create and review 3D models and 2D drawings for project review with clients and shop.
