New Energy Works is seeking a Timber Frame Project Engineer/Manager to own design, engineering, and execution from hand-off to fabrication. In-person role based in McMinnville or Portland, OR, reporting to the GM.

Responsibilities include creating 3D models and 2D drawings, coordinating with clients and architecture teams, and managing material orders and project documentation in Acumatica. The position requires strong CAD skills, ability to review and revise drawings with stakeholders, and lead

Competenze

Experience with CAD and 3D modeling; ability to create 3D fabrication models and 2D drawing packages.
Ability to coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors and owners’ representatives.
Experience ordering materials, tracking purchases, and maintaining ERP project documentation (Acumatica).
Review fabrication drawings with clients and work through revisions to approval.

Obtain approval to order project materials and manage quotes and orders.
Lead client, architect, and general contractor meetings and coordinate with the shop.
