Qualifications

• 5+ years as PM or Assistant PM on tilt-wall/ground-up industrial projects.
• Track record of delivering warehouse/DC projects on time and on budget.
• Strong command of cost tracking and scheduling tools (Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Confident communicator with owners and subs.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project budget, schedule, and contract administration.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Partner with the superintendent and field team to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and developers.
