This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on construction professional who enjoys managing projects from planning through completion while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial concrete construction, exceptional organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and construction documents.
• Prepare material take‑offs and material procurement lists.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and overall execution throughout each phase.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Tilt-wall construction experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods and best practices.
