Job summary

Noor Staffing Group seeks a Project Manager with tilt-wall experience in Houston, TX to own budget, schedule, and contract admin for industrial projects. You’ll coordinate with the superintendent and field team and serve as the main contact for owners, architects, and developers.

5+ years PM or Assistant PM on tilt-wall/ground-up industrial projects is required. A track record delivering warehouse/DC on time and on budget, and strong cost tracking with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam, is

Qualifications

• 5+ years as PM or Assistant PM on tilt-wall/ground-up industrial projects.
• Track record of delivering warehouse/DC projects on time and on budget.
• Strong command of cost tracking and scheduling tools (Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Confident communicator with owners and subs.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management/Engineering preferred.
