Qualifications
5+ years managing ground-up tilt wall and light industrial construction projects.
Experience working on projects including data centers and distribution centers.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, and safety standards.
Excellent communicator with a team-oriented mindset.
Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and scopes.
Lead preconstruction meetings with superintendents and subs.
Serve as the main point of contact for owners and reps.
Champion safety, quality, and compliance with contracts.
