Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in managing projects within the Texas market, especially in data centers and distribution facilities. The position offers a competitive salary between $110K and $155K, plus bonuses and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing ground-up tilt wall and light industrial construction projects.
• Experience working on projects including data centers and distribution centers.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, and safety standards.
• Excellent communicator with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with superintendents and subs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners and reps.
• Champion safety, quality, and compliance with contracts.
