Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects.
Direct experience with tilt-wall construction required.
Strong knowledge of site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all field operations for tilt-wall construction projects.
Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection agencies.
Oversee tilt-wall panel forming, pouring, lifting, and erection operations.
Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve field issues.
Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on site.
Conduct daily site walks and progress meetings.
Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.
Work closely with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget goals.
