Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Direct experience with tilt-wall construction required.
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all field operations for tilt-wall construction projects.
• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and inspection agencies.
• Oversee tilt-wall panel forming, pouring, lifting, and erection operations.
• Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve field issues.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on site.
• Conduct daily site walks and progress meetings.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to meet schedule and budget goals.
