Confidential Employer in Dallas–Fort Worth seeks a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for ground-up industrial and commercial projects. You will supervise crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and quality on tilt-up builds across the DFW area.

This senior role requires 4+ years in industrial/construction leadership, on-site management, and a strong grasp of project controls. Occasional travel may be required as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Construction Superintendent in commercial/industrial builds.
• Direct tilt-wall/tilt-up warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Dallas–Fort Worth market construction experience.
• Knowledge of schedules, plans, specs, and safety on site.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating subs.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for ground-up industrial and commercial projects.
• Supervise subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, inspections, and site logistics.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage schedules and costs.
• Oversee tilt-up concrete construction, ensuring quality and execution.
• Champion jobsite safety, quality control, and construction best practices.
• Review drawings, troubleshoot field challenges, and keep projects moving.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Drive projects through final inspections, punch lists, and completion.
