Job summary

The Conlan Company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee tilt wall warehouse/distribution construction projects in Texas. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and drive safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include enforcing the EH&S program, directing project teams, maintaining budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates should have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proven track

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years general contractor experience as a lead superintendent on tilt wall projects.
• Experience with concrete self-performing general contractor preferred.
• Ability to communicate with the public and co-workers effectively.
• Strong reading of plans and specifications and knowledge of construction terms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
• Directs field personnel and subcontractors and maintains schedules.
• Maintains project budget and performs timely inspections.
• Develops and enforces a quality assurance program and safety practices.
• Ensures client relations and media inquiries are directed appropriately.
