Job summary

Confidential Employer is seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for ground-up industrial and commercial projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will supervise crews, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on tilt-up builds, working closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial/construction superintendent roles, direct tilt-wall experience, and a proven ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
• Direct experience with tilt-wall / tilt-up warehouse or distribution center projects.
• Experience in Dallas–Fort Worth market on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedules, plans, specifications, and safety.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Familiar with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Excel or willing to learn.
• Able to work on-site and travel as required by project needs.
• Self-performing concrete general contractor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations for ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Supervise subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and construction activities.
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, inspections, and site logistics.
• Partner with Project Managers to maintain schedules and control costs.
• Oversee tilt-up concrete construction for quality and efficiency.
• Champion jobsite safety and quality control practices.
• Review drawings, troubleshoot field challenges, and keep projects moving.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Drive projects through final inspections and punch lists to completion.
