Qualifications

• 5+ years of tilt-up, flatwork, and ready mix concrete placement and finishing.
• Proficient in formwork and carpentry for structural/tilt-up projects.
• Experience coordinating heavy equipment on commercial jobsites.
• Experience supervising concrete crews on commercial/industrial projects.
• Solid knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and layouts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a field setting.
• High school diploma required; additional construction training beneficial.
• Reliable transportation to Salt Lake City area sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tilt-up field work and plan work sequences.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on all activities.
