Job summary

Concrete Strategies seeks a seasoned Concrete Project Superintendent in Phoenix, AZ to plan, coordinate, and supervise all concrete operations on our projects. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while leading on-site teams and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsibilities include directing concrete schedules, tracking progress, maintaining cost control, and communicating daily with Project Management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial/industrial concrete construction on multi-million projects.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent is a must.
• Ability to supervise employees within budget and schedule.
• Maintain positive relationships with all construction groups.
• Willing to travel or relocate up to 100%.
• Must lift up to 60 lbs.
• On-site work with safety hazards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations managers for concrete schedules.
• Daily communications with Project Management for project execution.
• On-site supervision of concrete construction processes.
• Ensure budget adherence in manpower and materials.
• Organize and schedule field labor.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for planning and harmony.
• Maintain quality in concrete work and budget.
• Track and report project progress daily/weekly.
• Record field manpower time accurately.
• Identify delays and propose solutions.
