The Tile Shop in Plano, TX is seeking a confident sales associate to greet customers, educate on tile options, and drive sales. You will build lasting relationships, understand installation details, and stay on top of orders while pursuing individual sales goals.

Compensation includes a draw plus commission with 45k–75k first-year earnings, and a benefits package featuring medical, 401(k), dental, vision, and more. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong communication.
