Job summary

The Tile Shop in Texas is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to greet customers, build relationships, and educate on tile products. You will drive sales, track orders, and work toward individual targets in a fast-paced environment.

Expect first-year earnings of 45k to 75k through a draw plus commission, with a benefits package supporting the whole you and comprehensive perks. This is an on-site position at our San Antonio store.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
