Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter attitude.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service to meet budgets and standards.
• Strategically merchandise following company guidelines.
• Maintain store presentation standards.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
• Support Chief Executive Merchant to create a friendly, knowledgeable customer environment.
• Schedule and supervise associates; monitor performance and retention.
• Analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA) for merchandising, in-stock, pricing.
• Operate POS systems to manage inventory and transactions.
• Interface with corporate to align with brand and operating standards.
