Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales transactions, and perform warehouse tasks at our Countertop location in Texas. You will handle order entry, returns, payments, and daily cycle counts, with occasional forklift/crane operation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Crane Forklift Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and assist in determining order requirements and payments.
• Process payments and receipts, reconcile cash, and prepare deposits.
• Enter customer orders and complete stock replenishment orders.
• Pick, assemble, and stage customer orders and perform daily cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material and notify management of damaged shipments.
• Operate crane forklift equipment safely where required.
