Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp., the leading US tile and natural stone manufacturer, seeks a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate. You will assist customers, process sales, and perform material handling, inventory checks and order fulfillment with forklift/crane operation as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and warehouse operations.
• Forklift and crane operations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and complete sales transactions.
• Handle material movements: receiving, loading/unloading, stocking, and order pulling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform daily cycle counts.
• Produce daily sales reports and manage payments and receipts.
• Operate forklift/crane equipment as needed and ensure safety compliance.
