Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a highly organized project manager to join a fast-moving digital commerce team driving TikTok Shop programs, brand activations, LIVE events, and creator-led campaigns.

You will shape and manage the go-to-market calendar, coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, and ensure key deliverables stay on track from planning through execution. The role requires excellent communication and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, category management, digital commerce or project management.
• Experience managing multiple workflows, deadlines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in social media, creator commerce, and emerging digital retail platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to develop practical processes, trackers, and systems that improve team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of TikTok Shop go-to-market calendars, including campaigns, launches, brand activations, and LIVE events.
• Drive project timelines, meeting agendas, status updates, follow-ups, and cross-functional communications.
• Support major event activations, including live programming, influencer or creator initiatives, and in-person brand experiences.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep campaigns organized, aligned, and on schedule.
• Manage reporting, trackers, process roadmaps, SOPs, expense tracking, and program documentation.
• Maintain an organized enhancement backlog, clearly outlining business needs, benefits, priorities, and risks.
• Develop monthly updates and newsletters that highlight program achievements and upcoming initiatives.
• Help manage shared inboxes and route requests to the appropriate teams for timely follow-up.
