Job summary

Sprints is seeking a TikTok Shop Marketing Associate to own our shop end-to-end on TikTok, running campaigns and LIVE shopping while energizing our creator affiliate community.

You will design and post daily shoppable content, recruit and manage creators, and lead LIVE hosts. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in ecommerce, strong video skills, and a passion for sports and active lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in ecommerce or on Amazon, ideally at a growth-stage consumer or apparel brand.
• TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting and managing affiliate creators; familiarity with Euka or similar tools.
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form video quickly with a good sense of what stops scrolling and buys.

Responsibilities

• Run shop campaigns and promotions to maintain performance and health.
• Plan assortment and launch new products on the shop.
