Job summary

Procter & Gamble is building its first in-house TikTok Shop team for P&G Beauty. The TikTok Shop Manager will drive sales growth, profitability, and talkability by integrating brand strategy, content, assortment, creator performance, and analytics into a cohesive operating model.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to grow sales on TikTok Shop, align brand strategies, and foster data-driven decisions that scale opportunities and optimize performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years or more in DTC, marketplace, KOL/affiliate or e-commerce growth roles.
• Demonstrated forward-thinking, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
• Strong strategic/analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
• Superior communication skills to influence key decision makers.
• Passion for leveraging digital, data, and AI to grow business and transform ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with a multi-disciplinary team to grow sales on and off TikTok Shop.
• Manage communication with Brand leaders, align assortment with brand strategies and improve performance on TikTok Shop.
• Be a growth-focused business leader for TikTok Shop in P&G Beauty.
• Foster a culture of data-based decision making by analyzing data to identify insights for growth.
• Test and scale new affiliate engagement, content, and conversion tactics on TikTok Shop.
