Job summary

Sunny Health & Fitness is seeking a TikTok Account Manager to oversee and grow the company’s TikTok Shop presence, driving performance, inventory alignment, and promotional strategy. You will coordinate content, campaigns, and analytics to maximize revenue and ROAS across daily and campaign-driven activities.

The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce or marketplace management, with direct TikTok Shop experience preferred and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace account management.
• Direct experience managing TikTok Shop strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using performance dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience in fast-paced consumer goods or fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s TikTok Shop account end-to-end.
• Ensure account health, compliance, and adherence to TikTok Shop policies.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize for growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, conversion rate, and average order value.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and performance KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities through promotions, campaigns, bundles, and pricing strategies.
• Manage TikTok platform campaigns, flash sales, and platform-driven promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to forecast demand.
• Align inventory planning with campaign calendars and sales projections.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external creators/affiliates.
• Support TikTok Live selling initiatives.
• Ensure product listings are optimized (SEO, descriptions, images, videos).
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with paid media teams on TikTok Ads performance.
• Optimize product feed and shop visibility.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, and ad performance metrics.
