Job summary

Sunny Health & Fitness is seeking a TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to own the health and performance of our TikTok Shop presence. This hands-on role lives inside Seller Center, requiring deep platform knowledge and a commitment to maintain clean, compliant listings and campaigns.

You will optimize PDPs for SEO, manage campaigns and promotions, coordinate affiliate outreach, and track performance with weekly reporting.

Qualifications

1–2+ years hands-on TikTok Shop experience inside Seller Center.
Experience optimizing PDPs for TikTok Shop SEO.

Responsibilities

Own and monitor TikTok Shop health scores daily and resolve violations.
Conduct regular shop audits for listings, pricing, inventory, and product information across active SKUs.
Maintain product catalog integrity with titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and categorization.
Identify and resolve listing issues or violations before they impact shop health.
Write and optimize PDP copy focusing on TikTok Shop SEO and discoverability.
Research keywords and competitor benchmarks to improve organic visibility.
AB test PDP variations to identify highest-converting copy and pricing combinations.
Maintain a PDP optimization tracker and report on improvements over time.
Build and manage automated campaigns, promotions, and pricing in Seller Center.
Set up customer segments for targeted promotions, coupons, and flash deals.
Leverage vouchers, bundle deals, free shipping thresholds, and limited-time offers.
Monitor campaign performance data and optimize for ROAS, CTR, and GMV.
Coordinate participation in TikTok Shop platform campaigns and report post-event results.
Track campaign calendars to capitalize on platform opportunities.
Manage affiliate program in TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, outreach and onboarding.
