Sunny Distributor Inc. in Diamond Bar, CA, is seeking a TikTok Commerce Strategy Lead to shape the long-term vision and roadmap for TikTok Shop growth.

You will drive scalable strategies across content commerce, creator partnerships, livestreaming, campaigns, and marketplace expansion. This role requires 5+ years in digital commerce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, social commerce, marketplace strategy, or growth marketing
• Deep understanding of TikTok ecosystem, consumer behavior, and social shopping trends
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable business results
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience managing partnerships with creators, agencies, affiliates, or external vendors
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce metrics including GMV, conversion rate, CAC, ROI, and customer lifetime value
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives without direct authority
• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive-level reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Define TikTok Shop growth strategy and long-term business roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Develop strategic plans across creators, affiliates, livestream commerce, and paid marketing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and TikTok platform updates.
• Establish performance goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
