LG H&H Americas is expanding its beauty and personal care portfolio in the U.S. market. We are seeking a dynamic TikTok Shop Growth Manager to develop scalable strategies, collaborate with creators, and drive revenue growth across our brands on the TikTok platform.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage affiliate partnerships, and deploy data-driven campaigns to stay ahead of fast-changing social commerce trends. Join a fast-paced, global, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DTC growth, eCommerce, social commerce, or related field.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media strategies, and TikTok advertising.
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for social media, especially TikTok, and emerging digital technologies.
• Wellness enthusiast with interest in non-alcoholic beauty and personal care space.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok advertising platform, consumer behavior, and shopping features.
• Willingness to learn quickly and help shape the future of eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase affiliate partnerships.
• Curate and oversee partnerships with creators and manage affiliate UGC and Live creators.
• Lead TikTok advertising campaigns using GMV Max and manage creative library.
• Optimize TikTok Shop storefront, product listings, promotions, merchandising, and inventory.
• Stay current with TikTok features and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs for engagement, growth, and sales; provide regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations to align on growth goals.
