Job summary

Eddy in Lindon, Utah, is looking for a TikTok Shop Coordinator to handle operational, administrative, and sourcing support for the brand’s TikTok Shop affiliate program. You will work with the Influencer & Affiliate Manager to identify promising creators, coordinate sample shipments, and manage content tracking and store inquiries.

The role includes assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, organizing affiliate links, and archiving creator content to keep the network active and efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in social media, influencer outreach, or e-commerce administration.
• TikTok Familiarity: Active interest in TikTok trends, creator content, and basic understanding of how TikTok Shop works.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear written communication, keen attention to detail, and a good eye for brand fit.
• Software: Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel. Exposure to task management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp) or the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center is a plus.
• Physical Demands: Ability to participate in monthly team packaging sessions—standing, bending, packing, and lifting boxes up to 30 lbs to help prepare PR mailers and creator gifts.

Responsibilities

• Talent Discovery Support: Identify micro-creators on TikTok using hashtags, trends, and the Creator Marketplace.
• Outreach Assistance: Support initial creator outreach and sending collaboration invites in TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
• Sample Fulfillment & Logistics: Place, track, and monitor creator sample orders for timely delivery.
• PR Mailer Assembly: Pack, assemble, and organize monthly PR packages and seeding kits.
• Affiliate & Shop Maintenance: Track active sample requests, organize affiliate links, monitor store inquiries.
• Database & Content Tracking: Update creator tracking sheets with contact details, delivery status, and post links.
• Asset Archiving: Save live shoppable videos and creator posts in shared drives.
