Job summary

Pattern, a fast-growing ecommerce acceleration company, is hiring a Community Manager for TikTok Shop to execute creator-led campaigns at scale. This hybrid role is based in Lehi, Utah or Los Angeles, CA and focuses on managing budgets, sourcing creators, and optimizing performance.

You will work with other Community Managers, be mentored by an Associate Director, and contribute to data-driven decisions that drive brand campaigns and client success.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or the creator economy; TikTok Shop experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Curiosity, learning agility, and an operational mindset.
• Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, creator campaigns, BI/reporting, or dashboard creation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute creator acquisition through mass outreach using internal tools.
• Build and grow invite-only creator groups on Lark, Discord, and offline.
• Manage campaign budgets across campaigns.
• Source and engage creators for TikTok Shop campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy.
• Support large-scale launches and brand days.
• Participate in client or brand meetings to gather requirements.
