Bubble, a dermatologist-approved skincare brand, is seeking a Social + Affiliate Commerce Specialist in New York with remote options. You will own and optimize TikTok Shop and affiliate programs, manage creator partnerships, and drive channel growth across digital commerce.

You'll collaborate with ecommerce, organic social, retail sales, and marketing teams to maximize performance while upholding Bubble's clinical positioning and brand voice.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling a creator/affiliate program on TikTok Shop in beauty/CPG.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop affiliate mechanics, commissions, seeding, and collaborations.
• Ability to grow GMV while protecting margins.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day Seller Center operations: catalog, listings, promotions.
• Develop and execute a content strategy for shoppable videos multiple per day.
• Manage and optimize affiliate and ambassador programs, including commission structures.
• Lead live shopping events and coordinate with creators for launches.
