Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing for live broadcasts, including rehearsals, equipment testing, and ensuring camera, lighting, and sound are in order.
2. Develop livestream operation plans, determine operational strategies including live events, product strategies, and visual planning.
3. Collaborate with hosts to plan livestream processes, scripts, and pacing, manage product listings during live broadcasts.
4. Stay updated on official livestream policies and adjustments, apply them to store livestream strategies in a timely manner, ensure effective implementation, and evaluate results.
5. Monitor the entire livestream process, control equipment, ensure normal video and sound quality, and handle issues promptly.
6. Respond to comments, engage with viewers, guide interaction, and encourage likes.
7. Monitor data throughout the livestream, summarize performance metrics, conduct post-event reviews with hosts, make suggestions for improving livestream effectiveness, and analyze and summarize livestream data.

Requirements

1. Strong interest in TikTok and Douyin, familiar with livestream e-commerce.
