Job summary

Syndicatebleu is seeking an on-camera live-stream host to demonstrate product features and promotions, engage audiences, and build brand loyalty. You’ll partner with Creative and Marketing to develop hooks, scripts, and promotional offers, while monitoring performance metrics like GMV and viewer retention.

The role requires live-broadcast stamina, TikTok Shop familiarity, and the ability to adapt messaging based on live results, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• On-camera host or similar public-facing role experience.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture and Shop features.
• Ability to pitch products naturally without sounding scripted.
• Excellent verbal communication and quick thinking.
• Energy to sustain broadcasts of 2+ hours.
• Flexible to work peak viewing times evenings/weekends.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience promoting probiotics or wellness products is a bonus.

What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotions in a natural and persuasive way
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, manage comments, and build brand loyalty
• Partner with Creative and Marketing to prepare hooks, scripts, talking points, run-of-shows, and promotional offers
• Monitor viewer retention, peak concurrent viewers, conversion rate, and GMV
• Adjust messaging and sales strategies based on live-stream performance
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual presence
• Troubleshoot and improvise confidently during live broadcasts

Qualifications

• Proven on-camera experience as a live-stream host, content creator, presenter, actor, public speaker, or similar role
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, TikTok Shop, LIVE features, and social commerce
• Ability to pitch products persuasively without sounding overly scripted or transactional
• Exceptional verbal communication, quick thinking, and improvisational skills
• Energy and stamina to sustain engaging broadcasts lasting two or more hours
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends based on peak viewing times
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Whatnot, QVC, HSN, e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail sales is preferred
• Experience promoting probiotics or wellness products is an additional plus
