Claire's is seeking a designer to shape beauty-driven play collections for girls, combining customization, collectibility, and social shareability. You will sketch concepts, prototype formats, and collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Brand, and Marketing to land ideas that resonate on TikTok.

The role requires 4–7 years in beauty/product design, a portfolio with concept sketches, fluency in Adobe/Miro, and a Bachelor’s in Product or Fashion Design.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of design experience in beauty, product, or related categories.
• Portfolio that shows conceptual sketching and format innovation (not just surface design).
• Fluency in design tools (Adobe, Miro, Raspberry software).
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Conceive and design collections where beauty is the hook and play is the format.
• Examples: customizable nail kits that encourage mixing/collecting; beauty sets for "get ready with me" filming.
• Every concept must be prototype-sketched before tooling; formats matter more than finish.
• Design for repeat engagement: collectibility, customization, social shareability.
• Lead trend briefings and monitor TikTok beauty trends; bring specific product recommendations.
