Job summary

TikTok is seeking an experienced FCC Advisory professional to join the Global Payments Financial Crimes Compliance team in support of our fintech operations driving the TikTok Ads platform. You will serve as the primary compliance liaison to product, engineering, and operations, advising on AML risks and regulatory obligations across the ads lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AML compliance or financial crimes advisory in fintech/payments
• Knowledge of AML frameworks (BSA/AML, FATF, FinCEN)
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with ability to translate regulatory concepts into guidance
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize in a risk-based, iterative environment
• Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional product/engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as FCC point of contact for TikTok Ads, advising on AML/CFT risks
• Provide SME guidance on AML regulatory requirements and risk typologies
• Partner with product/engineering to evaluate features and ensure AML risk is assessed from ideation to launch
• Lead AML risk assessments for new products, jurisdictions, and customer types
• Oversee scalable AML controls tailored to a platform environment (monitoring, onboarding, detection)
• Coordinate with FCC, compliance product, compliance tech and legal teams for holistic risk advisory
• Support AML policies, standards, and procedures for digital products and users
• Participate in governance forums and advise on risk acceptances and third‑party partnerships
• Support audits/regulatory exams with documentation and risk rationales
• Stay informed on global AML developments and enforcement trends
