Qualifications

• Experience with TIG welding, particularly on stainless steel, for at least one year.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.
• Experience with press brake, punch press, and fabrication tools.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding and finishing on stainless steel and other materials.
• Operate Kuhlmeyer grinding and polishing machines.
• Select and modify software programs for machine operations.
• Complete setup tasks for shifts, such as preparing fixtures.
• Inspect and measure parts for accuracy and defects.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.

Skills

TIG welding experience on stainless steel
