Qualifications

• High School or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year welding experience preferred (stainless)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and welding symbols.
• Must be able to pass pipe test GTAW and work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
• Weld and fabricate stainless steel and other metals using TIG and other techniques.
• Cut, grind, fit, and assemble materials to precise measurements and tolerances.
• Set up and operate welding machines, torches, grinders, and related shop equipment.
• Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure compliance with codes and project specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of welds, materials, and quality control checks.
